How to Use 

• Squeeze a dollop of gel onto a fresh pad and spread evenly
• Fold the pad in half, then repeat for as many as you like (this tube makes up to 20 pads)
• Store prepared pads in an airtight container or ziplock bag to keep them clean
• When you’re ready, either:
• Use her straight away for natural cooling comfort
• Or freeze, then let the pad thaw a little at room temp before placing on bare skin
