Behind the Scenes at Sleepytot

It's hard to believe that I started my business with 1 product back in 2012, and we ran our business from a converted garage in our home.

A few years later, we have moved several times including two upgraded warehouses, and we now proudly work from a cool warehouse in Belfast, Christchurch where we have office space for our 4 employees plus a small shop where customers can click and collect and browse for that next 'go to' sleep product.

Over the years we have streamlined our shipping process so that customers within NZ get their packages super speedy. This is very important as we know that parents can be super anxious when it comes to babies sleeping and eating and it is important for our products to be delivered efficiently and safely. 

We have recently started to customise our orders with Thank You notes to customers to show our thanks for supporting our small family business. 

Along with this we are using our bright and cheerful logo stickers to attach to each parcel as another small way of customising our parcels and giving our customers a special wee touch.

To help us with this the team at Sticker Dot very kindly gifted us some customised stickers to try with our parcels. We love them and also the fact that they are a New Zealand company is even better!
